About This Course

The course covers issues of purulent surgery, sepsis, abdominal compartment syndrome. The issues of etiology, pathogenesis, clinic of local purulent diseases, surgical purulent complications in hospital and sepsis are revealed. Modern diagnostic methods and treatment tactics for this pathology are considered.

Requirements

Students must have theoretical knowledge of surgery, be able to examine surgical patients, prescribe laboratory and instrumental diagnostic methods, interpret their results, know the indications and contraindications to surgical interventions for surgical pathology, know the basic stages of open and minimally invasive operations.
